Dear Guests,

We offer our private accommodation – a family house – located at Németh László Street 6 in Balatonfenyves for holiday rental during the months of June, July, and August, for up to 5 guests.

The property is situated in an excellent location on a quiet street. Nearby you will find the railway station and the narrow-gauge railway, a pharmacy, Aldi, a COOP grocery store, and of course the free public beach. In addition, there is a small playground approximately 30 meters away, which is ideal for families with young children.

Parking is available in a secure, enclosed courtyard. The safety of our guests is ensured by a camera monitoring the street entrance, as well as a carbon monoxide detector and smoke alarm. During the summer months, the interior remains pleasantly cool even without air conditioning. The windows are equipped with mosquito screens and shaded by shutters.

The house offers 2 bedrooms (each with 2 beds), a living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom, a separate toilet, a spacious dining area, and a pantry with a large refrigerator for our guests' comfort. For those who enjoy cooking, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher is available.

A covered, shaded terrace and a garden pavilion provide a perfect setting for early morning breakfasts or relaxed evening conversations. In the yard, guests can also use a large movable garden grill.

The property offers free Wi-Fi and a TV with 40 HD channels. Upon request, we can provide a baby cot, high chair, and baby bathtub free of charge, along with a small sandbox in the yard.

The accommodation can be occupied after signing the rental agreement and paying a security deposit of HUF 20,000, between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
